-A $20 non-refundable deposit and card information is required upon booking. - With any 1st cancellation 24 hours before apt, the deposit is non-refundable and could go towards the next booked apt. For any second cancellation before 24 hours of apt, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required upon next booked apt. -Any cancellation the day of will be required to pay a new deposit upon booking next apt. Any card on file will be charged %40 of service fee. - With any 1st no-call no-show, a %50 service fee will be required in order to rebook and any card on file will be charged %40 of service fee. With any 2nc no-call no-show, you will be banned from booking again. - If 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. Please contact destheticsllc directly if you will be 15 min or more late, I will determine whether I can still take you or not. Please respect my time and my next clients time. - No foreign fills, please book a removal or come in with bare and clean lashes. -No makeup/mascara.
